Night Chat III: China’s Strategy for Inclusive Finance and Green Finance
2016年04月27日

Difficult and costly access to financing  has long troubled China’s real economy, especially the development of small  and micro business as well as that of relatively weak sectors such as  agriculture, farmers and rural areas. Environmental concerns are becoming a  bigger constraint for China’s sustainable development. The central government  has clearly indicated inclusive finance and green finance as the main  direction of further financial reform. What kind of inclusive finance and  green finance does China need in order to provide more economic entities, the  poor and SMEs in particular, with convenient, efficient and high quality  financial services, as well as to better incentivize and guide financial  institutions and enterprises to participate in the development of green  industries? What development path should China follow?
