Mike WARDLE: Skills and talents are most important in developing fintech and financial centers

  On June 11, a session on “Digital Transformation of the Economy and the Financial Sector” was held at the 13th Lujiazui Forum 2021 in Shanghai. Mike WARDLE, Director and Head of Indices of Z/Yen Group, attended and addressedthe session.

  Z/Yen, a very advanced think tank of the City of London, has been publishing the Global Financial Centers Index (GFCI) since 2017, which reflectsthe financial situation and the performance of the world’s financial centers. In the latest edition, 6 of the top 10 financial centers are from Asia, including Shanghai, Hong Kong, BeijingandShenzhen.
